He is not obviously even a citizen. According to the rules as they then were, if he was born in, say, Kenya, then he is not a citizen at all unless he was actually naturalized.
I’m thinking that he MIGHT have a BC that shows, technically, that he’s a citizen, maybe not “natural born”,
but that he, like so many leftists and “community organizers” do,

in order to get scholarships as a foreign student.
This is why most of Africa worships him, they know he will play favoritism to his native born country.
