Stop the Health Care Bill in Committee Tomorrow!

It’s been reported in the news, that the last committee needed to pass the health care bill before it can go to the floor for a vote is the Energy and Commerce committee. It only takes 7 Democrats to kill the health care bill in committee. The other day, Mike Ross claimed to have ten votes. GOP voters must support the Democrats that are standing up to the pressure tactics of Pelosi and Obama. We need to call the more conservative members on this committee and give them moral support and pledge to help them financially in their re-election if they do the right thing. I know, heaven forbid we support a Democrat, but if they help save America, who cares about political affiliation? I have been told they will vote on it Tuesday or Wednesday. Call Tuesday and express your support for the conservative Democrats. Please pass this info onto others.

If you find out exactly who is leaning towards voting against the bill. Please leave a note in comments box. PLEASE ASK THEM TO VOTE NO “IN COMMITTEE.”

I heard a news report a few min ago about Obama saying he still wants to have a vote on health care before the end of the year. Is he playing with us? I don't trust him. I doubt they're giving up already. We must call that committee tomorrow! Don't let them hoodwink us, even though I'll admit, I feel relieved by his words.

Intuition tells me that they are trying to get this through before 9/12. I think they are pretty concerned about the potential groundswell against these government takeovers of our rights.

I hope my feelings come to be proved accurate. I will be in DC. If we do not overwhelm the capitol, these communists will be newly emboldened.

It’s typically a conservative Democrat which descended from the “Boll Wevil” Democrats that supported Reagan in the early 80s. However, some of the members of the Blue Dog Democrats are moderates and a moderate in the Democrat party isn’t quite so moderate any more.

My congressman is a blue dog and is VERY approachable.
(he even knows I am a republican)

He voted bad on the stimulus but very well on cap and trade.
He has been standing up against Obama and Pelosi and I send him letters and support thanking him when he does the right thing and call the office when there is a vote coming up.

He has been doing well this term. They may be our only hope TBH of defeating Obama in any reasonable fashion.

obama has just missed a deadline that was very important to him. He is seriously pi$$ed. I am sure that the bluedogs meeting with him today were on the receiving end of the Chicago fish wrapper. If they send this bill out of committee, won’t be nothing we can do about it. ram and bam will be taking names.
