It seems that US law has been made complicated on purpose so that lawyers can bend justice and truth to their advantage and their own enrichment.

I am thinking of the lawyers who protect Obama from having to show his BC. I am sure that they know the entire truth regarding that document, and yet they continue to hide this information from the public.

This means that our legal system allows Obama’s lawyers to keep the truth from the American people, and get paid handsomely for not telling the truth.

I was adopted. A child of ours is adopted. I worked in a county clerk’s office handling birth certificates, have been in on court cases through CPS, and I do genealogy. That said, here’s my two cents. He claims he was legally adopted by Soetoro so there should not be a legal birth certificate with Obama on it.

Here’s the thing. When an adoption goes through (and that’s another question - did papa Obama relinquish his parental rights?), the court orders the adopted parent’s name be placed on the BC as the parent. The bio parent’s name is deleted from the record. In other words, Hussein’s legal BC would list the father as Soetoro, NOT Obama.

Can we find a like-minded conservative who was born in Hawaii about the same time as Obama and have them apply for a passport (or driver’s license or dog tag or something) using simply a comparable document as that that Obama is using as “proof” of his natural born citizenship? If it’s rejected, then sue citing Obama as the example and precedent.

I wasn’t looking for a new card, but I did have to deal with SS recently and produce a birth certificate. Our state issues a certified copy of the birth certificate; I submitted that certified copy and it was enough.

Now if I had merely made a photocopy of my birth certificate and sent that to SS, it would have rejected that copy.
