Stop trying to make Mitt Romney happen. (not to the OP but to the media)

Once again: ignore horse race polls and articles. They gave us McInsane and ultimately Milhouse.

It’s that he is McCain with nicer hair.

Romney is the better candidate than Palin. Yes, he’s less ideal. I get it. He’s responsible for a healthcare plan that is the equivalent of a bloody, no-anaesthetic vasectomy. And he’s the guy you’re going to have to pick to beat Obama in 2012, end of discussion. Of course, that’s just my opinion, I could be wrong.

The media isn’t going to pick my candidate this time.

Well, if Romney can get through the Primary...but I plan on remaining true to my conservative roots at all costs this time.

He’ll have to win with less voters than McCain.

Stop trying to make Mitt Romney happen. (not to the OP but to the media)What profit it a man to place his faith in a slick, vacuous Massachusetts expatriate with plastic hair and a sick fetish for state-regulated health care... and lose his conservative soul in the bargain? ;)
To: domenad
Romney is another RINO and continues the losing streak of past RINOs. RomneyCare, etc.
Sarah hasn't announced or even begun any speaking tours. The true conservatism she represents is the CHANGE we need to defeat the commie-mooslum.

Six months in, with the state run media providing cover like never before, and he is tied with Romney and only 6 point ahead of the “dead in the water, career is over” Sarah.
Huh!

If Huck is ahead of Romney in the polls why was this not about Obama vs Huck and Obama vs Palin as Palin is Number 1 in the polls.
To: domenad
No prob. Everyone's entitled to their opinion.
IMO you're wrong.
I think this is great news for Sarah Palin, given mostly no presence around the country and 10 months of vicious bashing.

I can’t believe anyone is willing to admit that they were dumb enough to vote for Obama the first time. I especially can’t believe that anyone is willing to admit they are dumb enough to vote for him again.
He is below 50, that is good. 10% of people who voted for him the fist time don’t want to vote for him again. Republicans just need to offer a decent alternative (NOT MCCAIN)!
To: Al B.
ROMNEY = Younger McCain
We need a real candidate!
NO MORE RINO’S!

I disagree. I think anyone on the GOP ticket will beat Obama in 2012.
