Just like Tennessee, the State of Montana also needs to pass a law like the federal law making it a state crime to infringe on someone’s constitutional rights under color of law. That will allow the state to arrest and try BATF thugs and other federal thugs in State court and imprison them in State penitentiaries.

Put a few federal thugs in prison and the rest will not be so willing to violate people’s rights.

Better yet, make it a state hate-crime, with "enhanced" penalties.

What's good for the goose...

The people will be totally loyal to their thug masters. All that is needed is a steady stream of media lies to keep the majority under control.

Montana is a huge state with a small population. ATF, DEA, and FBI agents in Montana cannot hide themselves or their families, for long. I lived there for 5 years. Montanans have their own way of dealing with outsiders. Every state trooper wears a shoulder patch with the numbers 3-7-77 on it:

That number is a stern reminder of the days when Vigilante Justice was all there was in Montana. Lawbreakers who weren't gone by sundown would be buried in a hole 3 feet by 7 feet by 77 inches.
