If we could get millions of Americans to march on Washington, what would we do?

"So, while I’m as concerned as you are, I think that FIRST we need to list in clear terms those things that the government has done which are in clear opposition to the constitution."

Well, I can definitely agree with that. It's why I've asked for a committee and a special congress made up of delegates from all states to draft the document and work the kinks out. Would be best but not absolutely required if the state legislatures (or a significant portion thereof) are on on board.

Nobody has to lift a finger, to bring down the govt.
It just takes numbers. If enough people refuse to pay their taxes, the govt would have to shut down; like night follows day.
WE gave them the power. WE are supplying these addicts.
And they can’t just prosecute a few offenders as examples to the rest. The law demands fair application in every case. But the govt doesn’t have the means to apply the law, or the time, the LEOs, the judges, the personnel, or the prison accommodations...if they don’t have the dough.
It could not be simpler. It’s even more simple than violence, and quicker. They won’t fight back if they’re not paid for their time.
Cut off the funding. Take back the purse. The tyrant class can’t exist without your money.
Next April 15, do nothing at all.

So why are these towns and areas telling certain folks they cannot because of permit issues?

You don't ask for a permit. You just show up.

A permit acknowledges the right of the government to control you and a permit comes with conditions... such as no firearms.

If I'm marching on Washington, I'm gonna bear arms.

I see it going down one of two ways. Either Tyrannt gets everything he wants or he’s run out of town on a rail. He seems to be making an all-out gamble. What will the American people (quaint) do?

My left leaning but open minded 20 something stepdaughter asked me what I would do if I was in charge. That’s a bit unrealistic but a fair question just the same.
1. Cut income tax to a flat 10% and impose a national sales tax of 5%
2. Eliminate all energy taxes.
3. Eliminate capital gains tax.
4. Impose a state limit of 10% on inheritance and income tax.
5. Build a real barrier from San Diego, CA to Brownsville, TX
6. Reduce the Federal payroll by 50%
7. Eliminate 90% of entitlement programs.
8. Eliminate all government employee unions.
9. Let states decide what they want to do about issues like abortion, drug enforcement, education, and health care.
10. Restrict speculative trading in commodities markets to food and oil related companies.
That would keep me busy for the first month. Bandit countries would be in for it by the start of my second month.

New law needs to be legislated and enforced that specifies immediate revocation of publicly held office holders that tamper with the 2nd Amendment, in any way whatsoever.

Furthermore, ALL laws that have been passed since the institution of the Bill of Rights, that limit a citizen's right to possess, carry, and manufacture arms, and the ammunition for those arms, shall henceforth be eliminated from all City, Province, State and Federal codes of justice...

"Do we as well transfer the federal debt to the states dividing the liabilities by each states population ? "

Revoke all our pledges of monies to other countries and the IMF(they never did a d@man thing for us anyway), then send the money to payoff anything we owe.

I’d eliminate income (slave) taxes altogether. The Founders set out a method of taxation to fund the (authorized) federal government. It’s still in the constitution. I’d go back to that.

Damn! I wish we could make it. Unable to, but our thoughts will be with all of the patriots. Go get ‘em ladies and gentlemen!

Well, guess that will be a matter up for discussion. How to retire the federal debt. Of course we can head off tripling it right now by removing Obama from office. The sooner the better. We may have to negotiate with China et al on the debt.

All rights in the Bill of Rights are individual rights and no government authority may alter, prevent or any any way interfere with an individual exercising those rights unless the individual has lost a right because of the commission of a crime.

“We need millions of our citizens to sign on to this petition and execute its provisions. Will require millions to march on D.C. to block the government’s ability to do business as usual. This is our right and duty as Americans.”

I’m there...me and the boys went on the fourth and we’ll be back on 9/11. Couldn’t think of a better place to spend the day. And the enxt. And the next. You know, I’ll be disappointed if we can’t fill that damn mall...there have to be enough of us within DRIVING distance to do that...

No person may be appointed to the Supreme Court who does not show in action and in words that they believe the Constitution is to be viewed as an unchangeable document except by amendment. If at any time a sitting Justice makes any kind of a ruling that is contrary to the original intent of the Founding Fathers that Justice shall be removed the same day and the ruling voided.

Strip the elected parasites of their cushy damn pensions and their private slush funds, and make it a federal offense to lobby congress.

Arrest ACORN and charge them under the RICO act.

Special interest groups are given notice that, that dog will not hunt.

The AG is tried for not doing his damn job and for treason.

Every company that took funds (ostensibly from our pockets) in the form of the bailout gets $1 and told go away

Give me 1 week before you pull the trigger on this so I can make it home from here!

And JimRob thanks for putting spell check on this site!
