We'll ask....Has anyone ever discerned the whereabouts of Madelyn Dunham (”Toots,” B.O.’s white grandma) on Aug.4, 1961? As a grandma myself, I know without a doubt I would be at least in the waiting room awaiting the delivery of my first grandchild.

I don’t know if Ann was her only child or if B.O. was her first grandchild, but knowing where she was on that day might reveal a lot.

I haven't followed the details of every case that has been presented.

I am surprised that there are Congressman, I think, who propose to make eligibility an issue in future elections, but who have not taken the issue to the Court themselves. Though the Court may be reluctant, it is their duty to say what the law is. Would they have the audacity to suggest that a Congressman has no standing to know whether the President is eligible? It simply cannot be that nobody has standing. That would make a clause of the Constitution have no effect. I believe that the Court long ago ruled that such is never the case.

It was commonly predicted two hundred years ago that our Republic would survive until the people learned that they could vote themselves benefits. That time has arrived. Just as with Kalifornia, there is no cure short of bankruptcy for what ails us.

A friend of mine that works with a lot of liberals told me that many of them are starting to think something is fishy and isn’t adding up. They also mentioned his medical records and one of them almost didn’t vote for him because he wouldn’t show any of his past records, but he did it anyway. What a rat!

Obama in a few months will no longer be “popular” and as an American I feel that no one should be allowed to violate the Constitution. As time goes on and his approval falls further and further perhaps some American journalist will finally do some investigating and viola we’ll have Watergate on steriods!

What if their were riots in the streets because of it. Would they touch it then? I see more anger, more distrust as each day,passes, as each Marxist bill passes, as unemployment soars, as people are losing their jobs, homes, savings, civil unrest will grow and the SCOTUS may wish they had done their job and addressed it sooner.

The problem is not what his sister said. She may or may not have said it. It appears the family told a lot of lies. Maybe she was told that is where he was born. Maybe she was misquoted. We don’t know.

What we do know is that WND is making a huge deal about the “Scrubbing” of Queen’s Hospital as it pertains to this statement from UPI:

“Obama described his birth at Queen’s Medical Center”

It is not even clear that Obama actually used those words. It could be that UPI thought Queen’s Medical Center and then went on to what Obama described.

It isn’t clear WHERE the words came from or WHO said them.

Until WND and the rest of Free Republic can find an actual incident of Obama stating he was born at Queen’s Hospital this may be nothing more than UPI making a mistake...media quoting them..and now a correction is being done.

If people don’t investigate ..then they are as quilty as Keith about Jim Thompson who didn’t check the facts and relied on someone elses version of them.

In skimming one of his books at the bookstore I noticed a reference to someone working at UPI. I can’t remember what the deal was but it seems like he was friends, business associates or something with someone who had or did work for UPI. I can’t say exactly what since I was only skimming and didn’t think to actually pay attention to the sentence.

I noticed that error, too.

But the rest of the posted piece is surprising well written and factually accurate, especially considering that the writer is an Indian, writing about a uniquely American subject.

SCOTUS should have done something positive before the inauguration.

Then our government is a poser government, and we will have to do something negative to keep our children from being their slaves. Czars have a short history, that usually end with a rope. Our only hope is that justice will be served in a court of law, instead of the streets. But Justice will be served, it is the way of history.

"Certification of Life Birth", not a "Birth Certificate". BIG DIFFERENCE!

Indeed, a certificate of live birth cannot be used to get a driving permit for a 16 year old. You have to use a Birth Certificate for that or so I have heard.
