Yes, she is a liar. Did you see how fast her eyelids were batting when she was "explaining" that her prior statements did not mean what they said. But yes, she will be confirmed, because honesty is a disqualification, rather than a virtue, to the Democrats, today,
As for the charge of judicial impropriety which broke today in the New York Times of all places, there is a precedent. Clarance Thomas' confirmation hearing was reopened and continued to deal with the "new" charges from Anita Hill. The Sotomayor hearings could be reopened for judicial impropriety.
Just a suggestion.

Hey Dude!
Come on into the 21st Century where we all say whatever we need say to get whatever we want to get at whatever point in time we happen to be at.
What? Do you think there is some ultimate judge of truth or something? You are so pre-historic man...

She is certainly not qualified, not only to sit on our highest court, but to adjudicate traffic tickets in a municipal court. But, the democrats are in charge(elections have consequences) and qualifications mean nothing to democrats.

Sonia Sotomayor does not have the knowledge to be on the Supreme Court.
In a colloquy with Sen Coburn
She seems to be totally unfamiliar with the Bill of Rights. She has never heard of DC v Heller
The woman is a liar
