Sarah Palin has been able to leverage her Twitter account to keep up a national profile since her failed 2008 vice presidential bid -- and she doesn't plan to let her resignation as governor of Alaska stop her. Palin is promising a new account and "less politically correct" Tweets once she steps down as governor.

Actually, her current Twitter account is not very old. I think she only started it in April when some more outright lies made it into the MSM and she needed something with which to immediately set the record straight. I was and am proud Follower #75, getting in during the account’s first hours of life.
Oh, I get it...it’s O.K. for libs to get away with that kind of talk when referring to the governor or her kids, but not Palin or her supporters.
That should be the attitude of all conservatives and Republicans because you need to take the media slime arm of the Demonrat 0bama-arse kissing machine to task because they will go after you no matter what. Do not be concerned if you are standing for what you believe in and speak truth. They need to be confronted and Palin is exactly what we need. She is a heroine and I like what we’ve heard and seen from her thus far in realizing what she and any opposition to their precious agenda is/are up against.
The time for niceness and political correctness is over. It’s time to caLL A SPADE A SPADE. Let me be one of the first to start.

I’m tech. challenged. Could you please tell me how to follow Palin? I want all her nos., however significant or banal, to blow up exponentially. I’m a committed capitalist pig, and I want every gastroenterologist’s office to see a big boom in business from liberals giving themselves ulcers.

You have to dig for the pro Palin twitter info. There are a bunch of trolls that plague the #Palin hash code. They pretend to not be partisan, but are consistently Palin haters.

There are some Twitter Twibes accounts supporting her also, have not evaluated the value of that yet, although I did set up an account.
Got to her Twitter page, and there is a button at the top that says “Follow.” Just click it and you are good to go.
