Excellent point about the Electoral College. But my question would be -- how were those electors chosen to be there for that vote? The popular vote put the electors in place. Those electors voted for Biden as VP, but since the popular vote was tainted, the identity of the Electors really should have been different.
It may be a "standing" issue -- Did those electors have standing to vote for either the president or the vice president?
"The popular vote put the electors in place." But the electors are not bound by the popular vote. IMHO, The electors (and possibly even Biden) were victims of, rather than parties to the fraud perpetrated by BHO, and it would be hard to prove otherwise.
