Wouldn’t Joe Biden become president? Bad as it sounds, it would improve things a little if that assclown moved up.
At least we would have a President going around and apologizing for everything.

Well, since the country hasn't gone through this before, it's a legitimate question, but I think Joe will be out of luck. The Obama-Biden ticket was not a valid presidential ticket, so votes for the Democrat nominees ought not to count. Votes for McCain count just fine, so the GOP got virtually 100% of the legal votes in the 2008 presidential election.

Fruit of a tainted tree. The election was for a ticket (Obama and Biden) that was not a legal ticket.
So the “remidies” fall into three categories:
1) Vote stands as is and Biden takes over as VP (in my opinion the most likely scenario)
2) Votes for Obama / Biden are ruled as fraudulent and therefor are thrown out. That would make McCain/Palin the winner of the election (unlikely scenario)
3) Entire election is thrown out and we have Pelosi as temp President until a new election can be held (least likely scenario, but one that would play into Palin’s election chances)
It would improve because one could oppose biden and not have racial politics rain down on them.
