Yes, and I wish it were Hillary, who can have her minions whip it (birth story) out, thus engaging in mutually assured destruction with B.O. To those who fear race riots as a result, well I say, “Bring them on.” It’s like adults in a nursery school fearing screaming two-year-olds threatening to raid the candy jar.
If they want to burn down their own cities, then let them. If they come my way and threaten my home, then we’ll see the 2nd amendment exercised.
I hold my stupid fellow Americans responsible for this mess. As an average citizen, I did my pre-election homework on this fraud B.O. And he is worse than I imagined him to be. Others could have done their homework, too, but they allowed themselves to be Play-Doh in the hands of the propagandists.
Now we know why Sarah Palin resigned as Governor of Alaska (lol). McCain/Palin deserve to win. The media was unethical in their support of the Democrats. Thus, nobody feels bad for the Dems for losing their ticket.
So much for the Super Majority (lol)! McCain/Palin will be where they deserve as Prez/VP.
Your post-
Every piece of legislation that Obama has signed since taking office would now be considered under law to be null and void.
What a BLESSING that would be!
“I just don’t see how it is as simple as him coming forward with a piece of paper and everyone just saying “OK” and going away”
Why not, document of all sorts are produced every day (identification, birth certificate, etc.) for all sorts of reasons. I don’t see how this is any different.
McCain/Palin would be in! Pelosi would likely be removed too for certifying a phoney ticket.
You wrote-
“So would that leave princes Pelosi in charge. Wow.”
I was thinking the same thing if the whole Democrat ticket is disqualified. The only remaining ticket to certify would be McCain/Palin. It sounds logical to me!
You wrote-
“Maybe Sarah resigned her Governorship because she knows someting we dont? It sure would make the transition easier for AK and for her.
Wishful thinking on my part, of course. ;)”
I agree! I believe black voters were more concerned with a Democrat victory than actually having a black President. Of course, Obama was their choice, but I don’t believe they will lose any sleep when he is removed from office.
If they want to riot, put them in prison!
You wrote-
“I kind of think itll just be brushed aside, the media will say its not a big deal, and the masses will go back to watching Dancing with the Stars.”
This means that all the elected officials who failed to uphold the Constitution by not demanding Zer0’s eligibility would be held in derelict of their duties and subject to removal.
“You forget that the electoral college elects the president.
We elect electors. They havent been disqualified.”
So what you are saying is that the electoral college could then vote for anyone for president..even if they are not a US citizen? Seems like a gap there if that is true? The founding fathers had no idea what a mess we would get ourselves into!
Again - it isn’t the production of the document I’m questioning. It is the idea that this is all that would be required to end this issue.
RE: “Too many repercussions. This Presidency, legal or not, will never be allowed to be rescinded.”

Probably, but perhaps this would assure NO ‘second-term’ for the imposter in chief.
“A natural born citizen is born on American soil of two American Citizens. He clearly doesn’t meet this standard.
Then neither does McCain.”
EXACTLY! We had two candidates who were not Constitutionally qualified to run for the office of President!
No, the Electors cannot elect such a person.
Well, that would be some place to start.
His legitimacy is being called into question. A birth certificate should be a readily and easily produced item and it is not at all unusual to have it requested of one. I know I had to produce mine to join the military, get a social security number, get my passport etc. Obama obviously has a SSN and a passport so he has had to produce it in the past so he has one.
He should just produce it. If people question it then it would at least be a matter of public record and then anybody that wanted to could look into the records end of it.
Why the big deal? Why not just produce this document that he has obviously had to produce in the past for other reasons? What is there to hide? I think a reasonable person would produce the document.
Sure, there would always be people who would believe what they wanted to believe but it is a reasonable request (that he show the document), it is not unusual to have this requested of one and it is an easy thing for him to do. Why not just do it?
“This means that all the elected officials who failed to uphold the Constitution by not demanding Zer0s eligibility would be held in derelict of their duties and subject to removal.”
Did you see this? FEC doesn’t ask for proof and neither does IL or many other states.
Lou Dobbs Just Reported: Fed. Election Commission doesn’t require any proof to run for Presidency!

No, the College of Electors would probably have to reconvene and decide the issue afresh, only this time the 'Rat Electors would be unpledged and would select someone based on 18th-century rules.
The Constitutional qualifications still stand,
I’m not sure where you went astray there.
Yes, they can vote for ANYONE (with the assumption of Constitutional qualification).
They obviously DID vote for someone who wasn’t Constitutionally qualified this time.

Wow! You just joined today, and you are defending Obama. Honestly, I do wonder sometimes, if recently joined posters are on salary from the DNC.
Why do you care if it's the end of the issue or not? So what if it's not?
Things aren’t always as they seem. The revocation of the orders does not, I repeat, does not necessarily mean that the military believes Obama is not legit. It could mean that they have concerns regarding the Major’s effectiveness were he to be deployed given his views. As an Army vet, I can understand that.
