Donel Adam Stonger
snip
The preliminary findings of the Monday autopsy are that Stogner had methamphetamine in his system, suffered cardiac arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat), and had severely hardened arteries, an enlarged heart and a broken hyoid bone in his neck, Coe said. When people ingest a large amount of a stimulant, such as meth, it can induce arrhythmia, Coe said.
The fractured hyoid bone, located at the base of the tongue, indicates there was some force applied to this region that could have happened as the deputy tried to force Stogner to spit out a bag of a white substance he had put in his mouth, Coe said.

Then you respond to basic legitimate questions with this:
I do not want to get into a doper discussion.
Let me ask ya, if this guy was so damn bad, why did they keep letting him out of jail?
I know why, do you?
********************************************************
I’ll answer for him on your question... he won’t answer my video question..
Because cops like shiny new Charger SRT-8 police cars and armored assault vehicles and assault rifles and lots of overtime pay... oh and their girlfriend that works at the jail likes the o/t too...
Does it indicate what the actual cause of his death was?
Frankly you struck me as having drug problems because you seem to be all over the place and you miss a lot of simple straight forward statements.
Right now you seem to want to get off into other subjects and topics as though we share similar interests and can have a good old chat with each other but you exhausted me by having me explaining over and over, the same simple points in regards to the inaccurate headline that I originally posted on.
Anything related to that you can read in my already existing posts. I’m not interested in your doper and drug discussions.
And it's not just for the cops, but lawyers, DA's, court transcribers, court reporters, judges, jailers, prison unions, police unions...
The drug war provides millions of these people with a very lucrative living and retirements all at tax payer expense to boot, except what can be confiscated.
It’s looks like the guy may have choked to death on his own drugs.
Darwin Award winner Finalist potential.
What a dumbass.
Someone tried to post about that earlier but the frenzy was such that it was laughed at.
From the article I linked in the post up thread: Maybe worth a read as it is three pages with other details

LIVINGSTON The death of the man who died Sunday during a traffic stop in Livingston Parish could have been from cardiac arrhythmia, methamphetamines or a broken hyoid bone in his neck, the Livingston Parish coroner said Thursday afternoon in announcing the preliminary cause of death.
Click here to view that video.
Also Thursday, the Livingston Parish Sheriffs Office released the patrol-car video of the incident.
The coroner, Dr. Ron Coe, said the death of Donel Adam Stogner, 42, of Walker, was accidental. Coe said there were many factors in Stogners death and the investigation is not completed.
end snip
It appears it was "accidental" and not related to his previous health condition.
Several things interesting here.
The coroner initially states, the death was, Accidental", then goes onto say, "many factors"....And then states, The investigation was "not complete"
If the investigation is not complete, and the cause of death was an "accident" why is he revealing this guys pre-existing health issues, before the cause of death is known?
And how could he possibly say this was an "accident" if he does not know the cause of death, stating, the investigation is "not complete"?
I have to wonder, does this coroner know what an "accident" means?
This is Louisiana right?

lol....Why am I not surprised by the rest of your comments throughout the course of this tread.
Thanks for the laugh, it was fun.
Is this what you guys do just make personal attacks on posters that aren’t into the doper discussions?
This is as ridicules as the comments from the Louisiana coroner that were posted here.
so for that, without a proper charge nor a trial he gets taken down, beaten....fist to the head or did you miss that.....and is choked to death....
sorry.....if this were a black guy we'd have a march by now....but this poor sucker was just a whitey in pickup truck...fair pickings for the cops on the prowl.....
get used to this...the rights of the state will supersede all....
we are under dictatorship and its disturbing that some freepers aren't catching on....
Cherry watch that video, that was a fight from an awkward position of the man that initiated it, because of his position when he started it and the fact that he was fighting a trained, desperate deputy, the man could never gain the upper hand but he did succeed in his primary goal of preventing being handcuffed and getting the drugs into his mouth and to keep trying to get them swallowed for a long time.
A person that can stop a lawman halfway in a handcuffing, prevent the handcuffing, transfer the drugs from the handcuffed hand that the lawman is holding and controlling and get them into his mouth and continue on that mission of chewing and swallowing for 4 to 7 minutes with very intense fighting, well that is a guy that is in a fight.
That is more of a fight than most of these posters here have ever been through in there entire lives is my wager and frankly a worse fight than most any body gets into, that was some heavy stuff.

You do realize personal attacks are not allowed on this forum, NOOBIE?
Were the authorities providing tobacco and Jack Daniels to Katrina victims in the idiotic scenario you presented?
I can't speak for MEGoody, but when you choose to physically assault a law enforcement officer, death is one of the potential outcomes. The police officer did not set out to KILL the he perp; he was trying to cuff him and was met with violent resistance.
If it could be proven that the cop had decided at the time of the stop that this one was going to die, I'd be outraged as well. But when you decide to fight the cops, you take your chances.
When the other cops arrived, there was no use in continuing to choke the *perp*. They could of easily subdued him and worried about the substance in a later drug test.
Besides that, LA cops have a bad rep.
