The Department of Defense has compelled a private employer to fire a U.S. Army Reserve major from his civilian job after he had his military deployment orders revoked for arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office.
According to the CEO of Simtech Inc., a private company contracted by the Defense Security Services, an agency of the Department of Defense, the federal government has compelled the termination of Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook.
Cook's attorney, Orly Taitz, wrote in her blog that Simtech CEO Larry Grice said he would try to find another position within the company for Cook, but nothing is currently available.

“Give that man a job!!!!!!!”
Nobody has been lining up to hire vets, not for as long as I can remember (mid-1950s).
Ok, if it is, how can he be fired? He is still military and they are breaking the law. He could sue???
“My guess is very few.”
My guess is that there’s no single member of his misadministration who could get a security clearance based on a bona fide background investigation.
Unfortunately, you’re probably dead on. No one will be able to dig out the truth for a decade, if then.
especially the obfuscator in chief.
Dissent won’t be tolerated ping.
“Ok, if it is, how can he be fired?”
1. He’s not on active duty. That’s what the squabble was about.
2. Two words - security risk.
Like the old Evil Empire, the SSR of America will increasingly use a “diagnosis” of mental instability to neutralize and bullyrag dissenters.
Many others have the same concern. So, why hasn't he? He's had plenty of time but something is holding that up. Could be there's far too many records that need to be scrubbed - Hawaii Health Dept., Kenyan government and local entities, Hawaiian hospital, school records, early medical records in the US and abroad, adoption records, passports, college scholarships and college papers, driver's license, or any number of files around the world.
Defendant Col. Wanda Good filed a motion to dismiss the plaintiff's action for a temporary restraining order "for lack of jurisdiction" today.
"This case no longer presents a live case or controversy, nor does Major Cook have standing to pursue his claim," it states, "therefore, the Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over his claims and they should be dismissed."
It continued, "The Commanding General of SOCCENT has determined that he does not want the services of Major Cook, and has revoked his deployment orders. .. Without mobilization orders, Major Cook lacks standing to pursue his claims."
I am not a lawyer but somehow this really stinks. It seems to me that there has to be a raft of military regs against such behavior as well as other laws.
As soon as all of the forgers (beetling away round the clock for months now) have finished their work, the Lawn Jockey will fling the whole kit and caboodle in our faces.
Just in on Fox-—shots fired in Senate Office Bldg.
Yep.
This stinks to high heaven. As I’m monitoring your comments I;m also watching Glenn Beck and he’s about to have a stroke — explaining how Goldman Sachs and AIG own our country — Ron Paul on with him next after the break.
Beck has a blood pressure cuff with him on the set.
The carousel we’re on is spinning faster and faster.
Please tune in tonight — I’ve got the outspoken Col. Harry Riley (USA Ret) and Bill Gheen of Alipac coming on to talk about all of this.
9 p ET - details in first post above.
That is a concern. But I am bucked up with the thought that something similar to that scene in the movie "The Verdict" where the nurse pulls out a copy of the original document (unredacted) and the defense goes bonkers. It was a great scene. So, keep the faith, the truth will prevail, eventually.
I just got in from a going-away party for a friend....say whaaaaat???
Cook may have a great career as a politician in the future. If Obama gets dethroned because of Cook’s action, he may become a national hero.
The Governor of Hawaii still has the Obami original under lock and key. The only thing that I and the rest of the world will believe is the copy that SHE releases.
Then why hasn't he done so prior tho this?
I believe Rathergate made forged documents a bit of a challenge.
Not in Senate building — about 4 blocks away
