I’m surprised that you’re surprised.
Every time throughout history when the collectivists attained state power,
they’ve used it to punish and criminalize their ideological opponents.
Violates the Whistleblower Protection Act, says Taitz. Hehehe... INAL, but I’ll bet she’s right. Could this mean a big monetary settlement for Maj. Cook? Hope so.
Contractors didn’t do anything but obey an order, which came from the Chicago mafia occupying 1600 Pennsylvania via the DoD.
Of course, but if you would list the liberal positions that you are most concerned with, I’ll let you know.
“...disobey an order to deploy...”
Did he do that? I thought the order was revoked. I thought part of the defined process was that he could request revocation up until deployment, which he did and they granted. What did he disobey? Or do I have the facts wrong?
I think it went away in the last few administrations.
I’m suprised at the overt nature of the revenge. Although you’re right - I shouldn’t be. In an informed society in which people care about citizens’ rights, this would be an over-bold move. Given the level of obama love in the U.S., it probably won’t get a headline.
The magic mulatto has spoken. LOL
Exactly! IMHO the Administration made a huge mistake in this case — their desire to get even overrode everything.
Personally belileve SecDef Gates needs to resign over this like yesterday along with some others. Why don’t they stand up and be counted instead of being wimps?
This was a message sent to all military officers. The Commander has now “killed a chicken to scare the monkeys.”
Are you men scared of Obama’s political shock and awe? You’re to cower in fear of his poser power just like the IG’s are to fear the power he usurped to fire “crazy” Gerald Walpin for threatening the corrupt evolution of an Obama civilian service corps.
I concur.
Amend the Complaint pronto—add Causes of Action for DISCRIMINATION, WRONGFUL TERMINATION, and INTENTIONAL INTEREFERENCE WITH CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS.
Perhaps I had the facts wrong. I thought originally, he refused to go.
It is probably more insidious than that, John O. It sounds like the contractor was approached not by the DoD contracting officer, but by the DSS. Those guys control the clearances. If they question your fitness, or your company’s fitness (by extension) and pull clearances, jobs are lost.
Companies can challenge contracting officer’s actions in court. I do not know how you challenge clearance issues.
Exactly! This can only serve to bring more *birthers* into the fold.
Why is everyone so scared of the Obama machine? He’s only human, right?
Just asking.
