Maj. Stefan F. Cook, who is refusing to be deployed because of his belief in conspiracy theories about President Barack Obamas citizenship, is a member of, and frequent poster at, the conservative Website FreeRepublic.
Cook, who posts under the name roaddog727, revealed his identity in a post about the veteran networking site Together We Served. .
Hes been a member of the site for nearly six years; on his profile page he calls himself a staunch Republican and defender of the faith and lists his favorite authors as Robert A. Heinlein, Larry Niven, Isaac Asimov, Arthur C. Clarke, Tom Clancey (sic), John Milton.
Cook wasnt always so worried about deployment. In February 2005, he informed fellow Freepers that hed gotten new orders. . . Cooks FreeRepublic posts are all over the map, from IT issues to global warming denialism. .
He put out early hints that he was working with Orly Taitz. In March, he posted an incoherent white paper on Obamas citizenship, appending a message to fellow Freepers.
Fair enough. Thanks
Huurrrraaaaagghh,,,GIVE EM’ HELL MAJOR!!!(salute),,,
So what is Coke Zero going to do when hundreds of our soldiers refuse to follow orders until he proves he is a citizen?
Good question...? I guess he was revealed from another source.
Honestly - this seems like a big deal. Why provide fodder to the left?
Please consider calling Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity to further get the word out about your noble cause.
The Obama machine is a very vindictive and nasty one, so I hope that you will be alright while you are defending yourself against them.
I hope when they come to arrest us all I get rounded up with Lazamataz, you know that's going to be the party Gulag.
“Cooks FreeRepublic posts are all over the map, from IT issues to global warming denialism.”
“Denialism” is not a word. FAIL.
Why the surprise? The Kos poster probably just passed it from his cubicle to the reporter's. Hell, they may even share the same cubicle ... "...not that there's anything wrong with that..." LOL
And this is gigantic news to them, why?
On KOS in the last 48 hours, I have noticed diaries posted by TWO US Senators, several congressmen, several media types, and DOXENS of “Issue Groups”.
KOS has become the clearing house for manipulating the news to a leftist viewpoint. Every week now, it seems yet ANOTHER Mainstream Media member is outed as a KOS poster.
> Honestly - this seems like a big deal. Why provide fodder to the left?
This is why I was asking. Prior to now it was only news on an obscure rag in Washington. Now it is being openly discussed on the FRee Republic. Much easier for people to find now.
Not that he has anything to be ashamed about (he’s done bloody brilliant!) why make it easier for his enemies to find him? Now they can (and will) grok all his earlier posts trying to find ammo — stuff they can take out of context.
We should be smarter than that.
Maj. Cook is a global warming denier? Oh Noez! Not that! ;)
Ping #31. Why I was asking...
HE should be proud to be a freeper.
> HE should be proud to be a freeper.
Sure he should be. But why should the Bad Guys be alerted to all his prior posts in a nice convenient manner, so that they can maybe take them out of context and make him look silly, just because we HAVE TO spill the beans?
Just because something CAN be discussed doesn’t mean that it OUGHT to. Just sayin’.
He’s ALREADY been outed by DAILY KOS, which is where this originated, early in the day.
If the pansy boy Weigel knows, the Kos girls won’t be far behind.
I love the listing of the defendants in the case as mentioned over at World Net Daily:
Named as defendants in the case are Col. Wanda Good, Col. Thomas Macdonald, Secretary of Defense Robert Gates and Obama, described as “de facto president of the United States.”
