I was saying the very same thing last night that this will escalate and reach a crescendo in a week or less, I do see another scenario forming, our enemies see an opening here of a possible way for them to use this as an advantage point to attack us.
If AQ thought that US Armed Forces would balk at advancing or deploying they could muster a massive counter or pre-emptive terrorist attack and get away with minimal losses knowing that Americans do not want to risk being called “war criminals”.

Much harder to do if the document is delivered directly from the State of Hawaii, either by order of a court or by having the Messiah authorize delivery to a court. Having it go through BHO would be only one step removed from the fake COLB posted on a website.
