The Obama eligibilty issue is gaining momentum. As Dear Leader slips in polls , when he hits some bad lows the media will use this to turn on him. It will be an easy way out for them. They will report on how he could have been one of the greats but had to resign. We were right about his greatness , we just didn’t know he couldn’t serve until now. Blah Blah.
Did you’ll catch the phrase that Gibbs used today: ‘noble truth’? ‘Noble truth’ comes from Buddhism and basically means..’Life is Suffering’. What kind of malarky is Gibbs trying to pull? This is starting to remind me of Clinton’s ‘it depends on what is, is’.
Does anyone else know anything about the origins and meaning of ‘noble truth’?
I wish it were true Red but unless there is overwhelming evidence and that evidence can be understood by the vast majority then it will mean as much as Clintons Blue dress.

Didn’t you hear on another thread that this soldiers duties in Afghanistan were revoked? So Obama blinked! I wonder if any soldier who oposses Obama can use this excuse that his cic is not legitimet.

I didn’t even need to fight, the administration blinked and showed it’s cards, actually they showed that they have no cards to play, as they immediately revoked the order for major Cook. You can see below, the revocation is below, saying he doesn’t need to go.

It is at the end of the Grapevine segment on the lawsuit. Gibbs said that ‘the noble truth’ is that Obama was born in the United States. I just thought it very odd.
‘Noble truth’ comes from Buddhism, which basically says that there are ‘many truths’ of the world. Gibbs was being snarky or evasive or both.
You’re right .. I looked it up .. quite strange, that wording in response to the question.
Obama woosed out again, like his All Star ceremonial first pitch.
How many media outlets did he mention that had stories about this soldier?
Quite a few, it seemed to me.
They can either ignore the Major by never activating him or try to punish him via the UCMJ.
Frankly I see them leaving him alone but ruining his career via his fitness reports until he is no longer in the Florida National Guard.
Or they can rif him (reduction in force) out of the Guard.
Anything retaliatory is going to be a media nightmare for Obama
