I thought it was the older graves too. If the newer graves were violated, I’m shocked they weren’t discovered sooner.

Of course, it’s possible that neither she nor anyone else related to the deceased ever bothered to visit the grave again after the burial. But somehow that seems rather unlikely, if she cares enough to show up now with a picket sign. Hard to say, though. Unfortunately, there *are* people crass enough to totally ignore a relative’s grave starting the day after the funeral, and then suddenly get all concerned about it 10 years later when the possibility emerges of getting a big wad of cash in a settlement.

I just took it to mean that back in Apr `99 he died on the 10th, was buried on the 16th, and then either no-one had returned since, or they had returned and they just didn’t know until recently that he’d been pulled out and dupmed.
