Having an interesting chat here on Palin, and the future of America. Come and joins us.

I am not advocating a third party as some think, I am interested in a discussion of what if's.

As I said, those who attack Sarah, do so at their own political risk. So could the perception American's see of both parties attacking her set the stage for a historic change?

Remember, it is not just conservatives who see the double standard on display. Even Paglia, a hard core feminist has come to her defense. Sarah is building a coalition that is set to roll over this country. So what if? Just what if Americans do the unthinkable and actually take the next step in unison and leave BOTH parties to support her?

Your statement could be interpreted two ways. I think we are on the same page though.

If Sarah starts a third party, it will merely guarantee a democrat victory, just like Perot.

Like I’ve been saying,

Palin is correctly redefining the political battle of our day. She’s stripping away the masks and exposing the opponents as they truly are.

The battle is between the

elitists who want to impose their will on the rest of us
vs
individualists who want to live in liberty.

It won’t be the first time this has happened...Should she be the reason??? Should she be the leader of it???

In my opinion if thise were to happen, it would not be a weak position, or party to be associated with...There is a groundswell of support under the radar for this, and the second someone says go, it is going to be something to see...

And possibly be a part of...

And those people who look at this favorably, had better look beyond the name of this “new” party and look very closely at the “platform” (if they develop one before the announcement), take a look at those who put it together...

I don’t care if they call it the “Booger Picker” party...If it has groundings in true Conservative principles and the platform is consistent to those values...And not get bogged down in trying to please everyone and every issue...Then that would be very attractive to many people in this country right now...

I believe they should pull the trigger soon so we can get started on the local elections this year...Make an impact in 2010, and then decimate the political system in 2012...

Just my opinion...

Many saw this “ability” in GW Bush as an infuriating handicap.

Yep, that’s why they have horse races. However one can respond in instances that need be [respond and go on] but to just respond and keep the back and forth continuing on an incident that isn’t that great in the grand scheme of life is useless. You don’t get into bitching fights with those that by ink by the barrels and tv time by the hours.

As one of Sarah’s Kids said, “HELL YEAH!”

Time for the Freedom/Constitution party to get rolling.

I won’t support RINOs any more, at all, in any way!

That is one of the reasons I decided to write the piece, because so many have become disgruntled with both main stream parties. They just need a cheerleader to bring them together.

Third parties with large followings tend to have their agenda absorbed by one of the two primary parties.

This, however, might not be a bad thing, purging the elitists and rinos from the GOP would give people a clear choice.

I’m talking about her for mainly one reason. I see this strange form of worship of her and it’s super creepy. I mean creepy in the Obamatron kind of way. Something I’ve never seen from the right before.

Honestly, I am unbiased towards her so it has been a bit of a trip to watch all of this. So far I have been unimpressed with her as a statesman. I keep looking for the greatness others see in her, but it has alluded me so far.

Don’t you think things are different now then when Perot ran. And if so, do you see ‘Blue Dog” Democrats and “Red State” Republicans merging for a force that could split more than just the Republican vote?

I read a comment by a freeper awhile back that said he was willing to leave his wife of 20 years for her. He then added that he was happily married.

I must admit that I questioned his understanding of the phrase, " happily married".

I’m not thinking that a third party is the goal here, even with the angry as hell grassroots. We want to purge the RINOs and elitists from any positions of prominence within the GOP.

“How can people claim to be common sense conservatives”

They are basically brain dead cultists looking for a messiah to save them. The messiah is not coming and so they make up someone to be the messiah and that someone for the moment is Palin. After she proves she is a human being, they will move on to the next messaih.

Occam’s Razor backatcha, MrB.

The Republican Party is dead, it is full of deadbeats, and it is simply awaiting burial.

It needs a resurrection or a replacement. That's the only thing you can do with dead meat.

I remember the build-up to Reagan among conservatives. He had the same thing. He swept in from the outside overtop of the establishment repubs, and they went crazy.

His advocates, though, were also likened to robots.
