The Democrats line up in lock step to protect their own regardless of obvious guilt. Do we hear anything about investigating Rangle or the Representative who had $100,000. in a freezer? Who pays for Michelle Obama’s trips and high priced clothing? The focus is on Sarah Palins daughter or what Cheney did 8 years ago. They change the subject when it comes to Democratic Party members wrong doing. Certain people get a Get Out of Investigation Free card.
Our media elites criticize Sarah Palin for dropping her “g”s occastionally.
Has anyone bothered to listen to Donna Brazile? She can’t pronounce a g ending at all. Ever.
Hmmmmm. I'm kinda looking forward to next week what with everyone on vacation this past week and my political junkee needs on fire about now.
I'd love to see this nomination NOT be a "given". And not because I want to see fireworks, which is true. But I can't help but believe that out of all of America that Sotomayor is the BEST we can do?
Problem is, the pubs, God Bless their blow-dried, fingernail polished, friends-across-the-aisle, perfectly placed head-haired selves, are just now gaining courage what with Obama's polls falling like a rocket returning home. I don't think they want to take on Obama's very first appointment to the SC because, heh, they don't want to look like the party of "NO".
The Dems, gotta love 'em, they come up with a sound byte like "party of NO" which means nothing, is very defendable in fact, and the pubs, gonadless as they are, bow down in fear.
What's that? You say the pubs need a defense against being the party of NO? How about asking if the Dems were the party of NO when they eviscerated Alito and Roberts, voting against them along party lines almost? Were the Dems the party of NO when they voted against Iraqi funding in such large numbers...when their speakers called General Petrayus -BETRAY-US. Hell there's a zillion things the Dems voted against when the pubs held, and squandered, the majority. Have some overpaid staff member look it up, draw up a damn list.
then get Boehner out of the tanning booth and have him go down the list. Have him give a sarcastic chuckle at that stupid talking point.
The pubs have it in them to fight back against Carville's cute slogans but instead they shiver in fear that the likes of Chris Matthews doe not call them names.

When I listen to Obama speak (which is rarely), I notice he says "tuh" in place of "to." He's not elegant or eloquent in speech. Rambling platitudes and double talk in a lazy, sing-song cadence.
He also doesn’t know the proper use of “me” and “myself” which is too bad because he refers to himself a whole lot.
