Good catch. The GAP endorsement money must be sweeeeeet and oh-so addictive! They know they ahve four short years to cash in. They’re on it!
I used to give my own kids hell when they’d trott down to breakfast in the morning decked out in Tommy Hillfigger this or that. I’d ask, “So, when do you get your check from Mr. H for all of the FREE advertising you give his clothing company?”
Clueless! (I didn’t buy those clothes; they felt they were worth working extra jobs for. They’ve since come to their senses, LOL!)
Am I the ONLY one that perceives that these two Commies are MILKING America for Travel Miles and product placement deals?
Gawd, I loathe them.
I don’t pay much attention ot the political leanings of children. I guess the G8 String people can if they want.
She may only be eleven years old and it’s not her fault but looks like the Obamas use their children as political billboards. And this during an international “arms” summit?
Sorry. Unacceptable. And it has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with race.
The state-run media certainly are trying to make them camelot, praising the fashion of the One’s wife. If we had 20 assistants and money for expensive handbags (the one she took to NY for that $250,000 date was I believe priced at $1500.00) and clothes just think how glamorous our lives would be. It is shameful the money they waste with so many out of work, the rest of us trying to stretch the budget, getting ready for the tax load to increase.
They should enjoy it fast, they are looking as one term as Jimmy Carter.
Then we have Sarah, with her $25.00 wedding band and consignment shop clothes. And she REALLY looks like a million bucks. She is one of the few that looks great in anything. She will make a far superior president, hope she is ready for 2012. Can’t wait!
Didn't I read several places that Sarah Palin was exploiting her children by dragging them around with her? Oh, wait--she's conservative.

This is a massive non-issue. We’re all in favor of peace.
Peace is not absence of conflict, it is the ability to handle conflict by peaceful means.
Ronald Reagan
But we're not supposed to say anything about the international affair. We're to pretend we didn't see it, sit silent with 1,000 mile stares and "leave the kids out of it" regardless of whether we're scandalized or not.
We are however, permitted to denegrate a 1 year old baby with Downes Syndrome and make jokes about a 14 year old girl getting raped at a baseball game.
FR needs to get its priorities straight.
Peace through superior firepower.
If she was trying to make a statement, I’d have loaned her my old “16 empty missiles tubes and a mushroom cloud. Now it’s Miller Time” shirt.
Yep. They’re a real classy bunch.
BUMP
Peace through superior firepower.
Truth.
One poster here described the peace sign as the original coward chicken scratch or some such. That’s true, too. In the late 60s, the symbol was symbolic for anti-Nam, not just anti-war.
While it is inappropriate to discuss minor children of politicians, it is also inappropriate to use them politically, especially in an international venue. To be actively negotiating with the Russians on missile defense and Afghanistan at the same time your family members were parading around in peace signs would be analogous to negotiating with nazi-types in klan robes/getups—or, showing yourself with soles of your shoes when talking to Netanyahu (not that anyone would do that, of course).
