From tomorrows issue.

She is eager to campaign for Republicans, independents and even Democrats who share her values.

She's making an offer... I wonder whether the "Blue Dogs" and "PUMAS" will accept it. I guess there aren't too many of them, they will no doubt be pressured by the DNC to reject her. But all the better... she will reconquer the shaky blue dog seats for Republicans, then.

Stumping to keep Obama’s veto proof majority? Wonderful.

She is reaching across party lines - to voters more than politicians. And thankfully, she’s not saying things like “I’m a uniter not a divider.” She’s saying ... if you stand for America I’ll stand with you.

That’s the worst picture of Palin I’ve ever seen.

Good for her. Good luck finding one though. There might be one or two in the house somewhere. But regardless, it is a good gesture for Palin to do it.

Yep, she’s trying to peel off the so-called Blue Dogs. Canny move-—it’s not about Republicans and Democrats, it’s about Conservative values. I wonder how Pelosi and Reid will react?

Those offering Sarah conventional career advice—like, “She should run in 2016, if ever...” are forgetting that Sarah notices that she is mobbed by Americans who love her and what she stands for. And, of course, being conventional thinkers, they choose to ignore the fact that Obama is doing his best to destroy the United States before someone else can succeed him.

I broke my promise to myself, and read another Peggy Noonan column, after reading a commentary on it on American Thinker.

Peggy is absolutely insane with hate for Sarah. Sad.

Peggy tries to show how unready Sarah is for the harsh realities, the great challenges, of the next decade. In listing these, Peggy succeeds only in showing what a screwed-up mess of a world and government her beloved elites have cooked up.

I don’t have a problem with it. I’ll vote for a conservative democrat over a socialist republican myself.

"I will go around the country on behalf of candidates who believe in the right things, regardless of their party label or affiliation,

A winning platform for stumping IMO.

This is the direction of the electorate and now is a good time for it.

Me thinks Sarah Palin will be underestimated politically again!

“I will go around the country on behalf of candidates who believe in the right things, regardless of their party label or affiliation,”

I see nothing wrong with that statement, just the misleading headline designed to bait the unknowing, and gullible. Ronald Reagan himself would say, its not about politics, not about Party, its about doing what is right for America, which is advancing conservative principles.

May be a brilliant move... any democrat that doesn’t accept will label themselves as a liberal.

She is putting the Reagan coalition together again.
Awesome!

There are conservative issues that can be put together and won with.
Lower taxes, out of control government, illegal immigration, etc..

Somehow I think she meant independents, not rats. But that’s my interpretation of what she said, which is just as valid as this reporters’ interpretation.

I think Sarah is doing the right thing, period!

She is getting our of “political office” so she can enter the “political fray”. She strikes a nerve with the public: “She is like me! She says the things I think! How refreshing!”

And I think she can have an incredible influence on some of the races in 2010. She can build her base and that of the party. Come 2012 she can either toss her hat in the ring, play second banana or bide her time until 2016.

Now if the GOP had a grain of sense they would create a new “Contract with America” and nationalize the 2010 election. Simple things like: An end to pork. An end to endless debt. A strong national security position and support our troops in the field. These are things that normal American can rally around and Sarah Palin is one of the cheerleaders that can get the message out.

OK, rant off.
