My take is that they simply created a slush fund...No jobs intended...
He mentions reversing job losses.
Did he mention how many jobs he has saved, or has he given up on that canard?
No second stimulus....He wants that energy and health bill legislation...without the additional debt of a second stimulus....Wow, this is like the shell game...find the money!!!
Things are beginning to self-destruct faster than Obozo can explain them away. He is losing his core support among moderates and independents daily. It is getting to the point that there are too many holes in the dike where things going bad are due to his incompetence and arrogance which will finish him.
Obama most certainly got "his" second stimulus.
