Planned Parenthood researchers published a study in Thursday's New England Journal of Medicine analyzing chemical abortions at Planned Parenthood between 2005 and mid-2008, and found that the change in the misoprostol's administration reduced the risk of serious infection from about 1 in 1,000 to 0.06 in 1,000.

The study did not address mifepristone's side effects, including abdominal pain, uterine cramping, and vaginal bleeding or spotting, which almost all patients experienced in clinical trials for an average of 9-16 days. About 8% of the women experienced bleeding for 30 days or more.

In other words, Planned Barrenhood focused on what benefits them and ignored everything else, including the fact that these pills are being used to MURDER BABIES.

“The chemical abortion method consists of first distributing mifepristone, also known as RU-486, which kills the child before misoprostol is administered two days later, a drug that induces the body to expel the corpse.”

In ‘The People’s Republik of Madistan’ where I live and work, they keep candy dishes of these pills available to all the girls on campus in dorm lobbies, at the pharmacy, the local coffee house, etc.

(Not really, but it’s very, very close.)

The never addressed but surely one of the most insideous side effects of using these pills to abort/kill the conceived child is ... the female left alive become irrational, rabid, blind to conservative values liberals more often than not, because that is the method they’ve been taught to deal with the guilt—deny they’ve done anything wrong and spit on the notion of spiritual guilt.

I see, you seem to believe the left's propaganda that because it doesn't LOOK like a baby, it's okay to kill it.

Let me ask you this, if this fertilized egg is allowed to develop naturally and does so without complications, what will it become OTHER THAN A BABY?

It has the potential to become a baby. How many fertilized eggs are passed without attaching to the wall? Is God (or Mother Nature) an abortionist murder of babies?

So, you didn't READ the thread?

We are talking about RU-486, NOT Plan B. RU-486 is an ABORTION PILL, it is designed to kill an embryo/fetus.

And I notice you missed the part of my question which said, "if this fertilized egg is allowed to develop naturally and does so without complications".

Or are you one of these types who believes that up until the moment of deliver that it only has the "potential to become a baby"?

Do you believe that women should have the right to abortion? Yes or no.

What do you mean "It has the potential to become a baby?" I have the potential to become a doctor, but there are a number of other possibilities. How many possibilities are there for a fertilized human egg? There is more than potential for it to become a baby. It will become a baby. Please tell me what other possibility there is.

They never want to consider that side of the coin.

Eek! That wasn’t for you. It was for someone who needed to see what a baby is. You already know.

Actually, the picture below probably would have been better, but it's necessary to show that it's NOT a "clump of cells".
