Obama Still Silent on North Korea
The Politicizer ^ | July 10, 2009 | Alec Jacobs

Obama’s decisions about when to act and when not to act have been consistently puzzling. He insisted on action when it came to the stimulus bill (which was passed without being read because action was needed so immediately) and we have only seen the economy worsen. He demanded action regarding the closing of Guantanamo Bay, but has yet to give anyone so much as a hint about what he plans to do with detainees currently being held there. Action absolutely needed to be taken when it came to Cap and Trade (again, passed by the House without having been read through). Yet, when it came to promoting democracy around the world, Obama chose to remain silent as protestors in Iran were killed in the streets. But perhaps the most pressing issue is a threat to our national security that Obama has decided almost not to acknowledge at all –North Korea. I find it slightly troubling that Obama is seemingly more worried about the effects of global warming decades and centuries away, than he is with missiles pointed at Hawaii, Alaska and US allies. read more at thepoliticizer.com

This is a national security CRISIS and Obama can't even be bothered with it. Isn't that one of the jobs of the President? Ridiculous!

It is a VERY serious situation. It is becoming clear why he says nothing and does nothing.

And that in and of itself has immense, unwanted ramifications for you and me. Quite frankly, this has gone too far, and we are only five months into it.

I'm not puzzled at all. Obama criticizes our allies and attempts to alienate them, and he is silent and/or supportive of anything our enemies do. He's clear and consistent in his goals.

I think that is what the "check the butt" picture is for...typical Obama side tracking....

Must be there is no hamburger joint or ice cream shop where he is....and the "walk the dog" gig can only be found at home...

Obama Still Silent on North Korea

Yet, it didn't take any time for him to comment on Michael Jackson.

Am I the only one that finds this fact very disturbing?

Of course Obama has nothing to say--he doesn't have a clue what to do--not that having nothing to say has ever stopped a politician.

Obama's FIRST PRIORITY is destroying capitalism and pushing thru his Marxist agenda. THEN, he may concentrate on National Security threats.

Then, again, maybe not. It is my personal opinion he wants a firm control on all of govt. in order to put us directly under and answerable to the UN. Then the UN can tax us for climate change, and the 150 plus Muslim countries can vote down anything we want to object to as detrimental to our country.

Obama and his resident globalists have said as much--the media and thus the country just aren't listening.

It’s patently obvious that Zero has no idea what he is doing. We knew this before the election and it is now becoming dangerous. No further analysis required IMO...

Way in over his head. Even HE knows it. With all the wrong policies (if any policies at all even now)....

Very true. Apparently you have to be a 16-year old Brazilian girl in order to get attention from Obama. The media is fairly silent on his silence as well. Honestly, what is this country coming to? 2010/2012 can’t come soon enough.

This is what happens when someone with no policy experience is put in power. Please tell me the sheeple will learn for the next election and never put us through THIS again!

Rahm has him muzzled and Zero only comments when it can be of personal benefit to him. Not the country mind you. To him.
