I wish people would quit talking about 2012; that's not the right focus. Federer won Wimbledon by focusing on points and games, not the number Grand Slam events he hoped to win.

Romney may have been in Newsweek, on ABC, etc., but I no longer go to those sources. I've seen a lot of activism from Newt Gingrich recently. He has been taking it to Obama and the Democrats. I'm impressed most every time I see and listen to him.

I listened to an old (about a year old) podcast when I went for a walk yesterday. The speaker(from National Review) talked about the different Republidan candidates. I remember him describing Huckabee as a pro-life Democrat. He said Ron Paul did not vote for Bush in 2000 or 2004 (vs. Gore and Kerry), because Bush was not conservative enough for Ron Paul. Giuliani was the front-runner at the time. But he thought that might change as they learned that Giuliani wore more dresses than Hillary. The less we here about Paul, Huckabee, Giuliani, and McCain in 2012, the better.

I think Romney has good organizing and communication skills, and is a thousand times better on the issues than Obama, and one hundred times better on the issues than a generic Democrat. Newt Gingrich has an excellent grasp of history, and can choose a message and get it across. Romney comes across as Mr. Smooth. Gingrich comes across as a scrappy fighter (fully prepared to fight). Right now, I really appreciate Newt. I think Sarah really got under the skin of the Democrats with her Obama zingers. There is something about telling the truth, that really hurts pompous fakes like Mr. O.

I’ll take Romney who has run a large business, run a state, and is exactly right about the economy over Obama any day. With Romney’s experience and Palin’s grit - that’s a ticket I would volunteer for and support again.

Hey, I voted for him in the primary and the general, and contributed hard $$$$$.......BUT......

It doesn’t help that his MA healthcare plan is being held up as the prime example of what Americans DON’T WANT!!!

“Us” being? Are you saying there’s no way Romney can be a true conservative?

Romney would be disappointing.

Much better than the current Marxist in Chief, but I'm going to fight hard for Sarah or another true Conservative before I even think of supporting Willard.

Mitt can “be” anything he likes (and he has)

It is what he does and has done that counts around here...

Obama VS Romney

Quick death by massive coronary or a lingering death by multiple little cancers...

Hum...

Romney would be disappointing.

Much better than the current Marxist in Chief,

I'm not aware of a single major difference between Myth and Zero.

Zero claims to be a centrist and then pushes socialism.

Myth claims to be a conservative and then pushes socialism.

Sarah Palin’s the only person anyone on this site views as another messiah.

Though it does seem the love for Romney has abated a bit since last year's primaries. I think part of that was just support compared to the other two much worse alternatives we had in the primaries.

Not a SINGLE conservative "loved" Myth; some may have voted for him in the primaries because they preferred him to McLame, but that isn't "love", it's trying to discern the lesser of two evils.
