Obama's Approval Drops In Ohio
Quinnipiac Univeristy Polling Institute ^ | July 7, 2009

President Barack Obama gets a lackluster 49 - 44 percent approval rating in Ohio, considered by many to be the most important swing state in a presidential election, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released today. This is President Obama's lowest approval rating in any national or statewide Quinnipiac University poll since he was inaugurated and is down from 62 - 31 percent in a May 6 survey.

By a small 48 - 46 percent margin, voters disapprove of the way Obama is handling the economy, the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University poll finds. This is down from a 57 - 36 percent approval May 6. A total of 66 percent of Ohio voters are "somewhat dissatisfied" or "very dissatisfied" with the way things are going in the state, while 33 percent are "very satisfied" or "somewhat satisfied," numbers that haven't changed since Obama was elected.

The same poll shows that Rob Portman has pulled almost even with both ‘Rat candidates for the U.S. Senate. The tide is slowly turning.

But will it turn fast enough before it’s too late?

Wait until Ohio gets a load of the ‘RATS’ Cap’n Tax. They are going to love it! Everyone is going to have plenty of free time to spend with the family. They can all play, Gather ‘round the mailbox while waiting for their unemployment check.

I think the members of Congress is swing states or districts already know it.

The good news is a year before election day they start to “smell the coffee.”

We are pretty close to 365 days before the 2010 elections.

Rat guv'nor Strickland is stumbling around and the unemployment keeps going up. Ohio is sinking and the Messiah has done nothing that has made the slightest difference so far. He will become more and more unpopular here the longer the depression lasts.

I hear Obama still dominates among Ohio’s imaginary voters.

Don't pop the champagne corks just yet, folks. Remember that Nov. 2008 was the Oprah Election, an election based on 'feeeeeeeeeeeelings'.

Thus, when The First Thug's numbers fall to a point to where the Puppy Dog Media begins to suffer in tandem, expect a whole series of sympathetic 'specials' on the family: Daughter A, Daughter B, the dog ('Bo', not Michelle). Also expect nauseatingly sympathetic editorials from Couric, Olbermann on poor Obama...what a hard mess that those eeevil Rush-Republicans created for such an idealistic young president.

And then you'll get the collective "awwwwwwwwwwwwww" from the Oprah-Americans who voted for this schmuck.

If Obama had to run for President today, he’d probably lose. His popularity was based entirely on the lack of information about him. The longer he is in the public eye, the more people learn about him, the less people like him.
