In a remarkable victory for the University of Colorado (“CU”), former Ethnic Studies professor Ward Churchill’s prior apparent court victory over the University for wrongful termination was vacated by the trial judge. District Court Judge Larry J. They did award him a dollar, but the judge put in his own two cents, then changed THAT ruling.
To me the greater victory would be that this looooooser understands and agrees with why he was terminated. It will never happen.

Ward engaged in what can only be described as “sock puppet” scholarship.
In his socialism/sociology field, much as in actual science, the worth of a publication is often measured by how many other publications in subsequent years reference that publication.
Obviously not enough people, even in the field of socialism/sociology, thought what Ward wrote was worth a hill of beans; so ol’ Ward reinvented himself as a sock puppet with a new name- and published a paper that cited the wonderful work of that great and renowned scholar; Ward Churchill.
He wasn't even competent enough to set up a “I cite your publications and you cite mine” with another sociology proff.
What an absolute TOOL.

I have a feeling Churchill is basically retired now because there is no greater sin in eduction than plagiarism.
