Six U.S. soldiers were killed Monday in two roadside bombings in Afghanistan, a representative for NATO forces told CNN.
Four were killed in an attack in the northern Afghanistan province of Kunduz, the U.S. military said. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack, saying it struck a military vehicle, killing five "foreign" soldiers and wounding two others.
Two other U.S. soldiers were killed in an improvised explosive device attack in southern Afghanistan, NATO's International Security Assistance Forces said. It had no further details on the attack.

Our fighting men are in grave danger. Bam has changed the rules of engagement and the Taliban can now freely hide behind civilian skirts. They surmise, quite rightly in my view, that they can get Bam to turn tail and run if they can stack up a body count fast enough.
I don’t know but didn’t you hear that they are running a much more humane was now?
The destruction of this country continues apace.
I hope our commanders in the field are even now visiting hell upon the taliban for what they’ve done.
May we kill a hundred of them for every one of ours lost.

My local paper The Staten Island Advance has a body count on the front page of their Sunday paper. I am going to see if it is still there this week as they just love Zero. Prayers for the troops killed. May their families find solace in God’s love.
