I think it was kabar who pointed out that Rove is one of those political types who will do most anything to win and in the process if it means selling out conservatism oh well,not my kind of guy.

So one of Rove’s arguments is that, if you are governor, you can lie to people about why you won’t do things for them. You can just say that you have governor duties.
