Barry to impose two child quota on those "bitter bible-holding gun-loving" whities. We basically impose this quota on ourselves. The average birthrate is 1.6 per family.
The less fortunate have more children because they are rewarded by our government.

I have a bad feeling that Barry is intentionally causing racial unrest in hopes of an uprising so he and the Democrat/Socialist/Progressive/Marxist/Fascists can install Martial Law and finally take over.
