Sarah Palin, New Party ?????
vanity | 07/03/2008 | taildragger

Like many here, I am a political prognosticator. I followed Sarah Palin here for almost 2 years and told friends last May if McCain only chance is to pick Palin. So what does Sarah Palin's latest move mean?

I totally disagree with you.

I am absolutely sick of Republican Party leadership (or lack thereof).

We either find out “pair” or some of us will have to “seperate ourselves”. I will not be a “good little Dhemmi”.

Whatever it takes, I will not be subjected to this. Whatever it takes.

The Tenth Amendment is still the Supreme Law of the Land, folks

In case you haven't noticed, the Supreme Court has become the law of the land. No politician dares to oppose them, not one.

Honestly, you remind me of Zbigniew Brzezinski during that interview when he got all hysterical about the economy. He tried to turn in an Acadamy Award performance to convince us “gulible Americans” that we were in the middle of a CRISIS.

You’re getting hysterical that Sarah is a “loser.”

You’re turning out to be quite the comedy relief. :-D

If Romney’s your man, your NOT a Republican...since he represents NOTHING that the party was founded upon. He’s a RINO, you’ve made your bet on the RINO already and put your chips ALL IN. That’s a losing bet every time and if you didn’t figure it out after the last election, you never will. The “moderates” lost their a$$, not Palin.

Deal with it and let the CONSERVATIVE adults handle it this time.

0bama had 10 million more people behind him than Palin did.

You are beginning to tarnish extremely extreme's high regard of you. Your droll is getting boring.

I agree about Republican leadership.
I've been a big proponent of replacing John Boehner with Mike Pence, and Mitch McConnell with Jim DeMint.
But see, these are serious individuals whose heads are full of knowledge.
That's what we need, more serious, knowledgeable individuals who have facts and figures at their command and can think on their feet.
Not some celebretard wannabe in the mold of 0bama.

Actually, it’s the other way around.
The Supreme Court doesn’t dare challenge the politicians.
0bama’s unconstitutional Czars have become the law of the land.

I’m talking about the election we just had.
But yes, it is a pretty good indication of what a rematch would look like.
And history agrees with me.

McCain was heading towards a Mondalian defeat with the entire conservative movement turning their back on him as he has on them for years. Picking Palin was the only thing which made it close.

They vote BECAUSE they are supporters of one candidate or another.

That is just nonsence, I voted for Reagan, I Voted against the Democrat every other time, and that included both Bushs.

Why do you think Romney is my man?
Because Assell2 says so?
He’s just trying to change the subject away from Palin’s failure as a candidate against 0bama last year.

I don’t have a horse in the race.
I’m waiting on a dark horse to emerge.

Did you see her speech? There was NOBODY there. I mean really nobody. Her immediate family, the Lt. Gov. and his immediate family, and a couple of TV cameras. I watched through the whole thing and was amazed at the dead silence. Not one single clap through the entire long-winded speech. Then at the end her family and the Lt. Gov’s family made a lame attempt at applause. Anybody who’s still thinking this woman could run for President and even get the GOP nomination is delusional.

What we need is a leader who can muster the troop.

(1) Downsize the Federal Government.

(2) Force the Congressmen and Senators to tele commute and live in their district. Under the watchful eye of those they represent. If they want to play in the cesspool called DC 2 to 3 times a year for a week or two fine.

(3) Through the 10 th Amendment initiatives convey to the Federal Government that they only have the powers that were expressly given them by the Constitution. All else is reserved to the States and the People.

(4) When we bring commanders home from Iraq and Afghanistan we should seek out the best to run for public office and clean out the leeches.

(5) Never Never Never give into to these Traitors who are selling out the Sovereignty of this great nation.

Tomorrow is not too soon to start.

It wasn’t close in the end.
The hope and promise of Palin pulled the GOP ticket ahead of 0bama after she was picked.
But then they lost it all once she started talking to the media and embarrassed herself.

Sarah had a lot of support in September, but the more people got to know her, the more of that support she lost, until it had totally evaporated by election day and McCain did just as poorly as he was expected to do before her.

No kidding

Third parties are ALWAYS a mistake

EXACTLY! You drastically change the part you belong to, not form a new one.

Sarah won’t be encumbered by the same type of people she had surrounding her during the McCain campaign.

#1. Romney was “your man” because you said he was, Romneybot. You defered to McLame when he won the nomination.

#2. Palin wasn’t running against Obama last year, but did so more effectively than McLame or FLIP Romney.

Care to try again?
