Senator-elect Al Franken (D-MN) on Sen. Inhofe calling him a clown: "I don't know how Sen. Inhofe regards clowns, but it might be an incredible compliment."
Franken calls Judge Sotomayor a "mainstream" candidate for the Supreme Court.
Franken also says he will support the Employee Free Choice Act. Franken is a strong union supporter. The Senator-elect also hints he will support Obama's plan for health reform.

Shocking that the do as I say not as I do Senator will back the policies of the do as I say not as I do President.
As a clown myself (mostly done for charity these days), I resent this anus being called a clown.

What is wrong with that state?
I figure that his election was because of one of two things. (or both) Either the people of the state are totally stupid or the election was rigged. This is the best they could do? This guy is what we have resigned ourselves to when it comes to a United States Senator?

Hey, we could use a little humor in the Senate! Maybe he will brighten things up and, in time, wake up to the corruption and waste of his fellow democrats and go Blue Dog. We can but hope.
I predict this idiot will be gone from the Senate before his term is up. For starters, he’ll likely try to punch Leader Boehner’s lights out, and he’ll be arrested for assault and battery.
