Are you ready for a FReepathon?
This is going to be a great quarter for us! First a nationwide Independence Day Tea Party, then we'll be caravanning across country on the Tea Party Express culminating at the 9-12 March on Washington and National Tea Party in DC, then the First Annual Free Republic National Convention!
It's time we stand up and loudly say NO to the Marxist B. Hussein Obama before he completely destroys our country and replaces freedom with socialism! The guy thinks he's a dictator and he's running amok without even seeking the approval of the congress or the consent of the people! It's like the Chicago Mob taking over the country! It's time for the people to yank his chain up taught!
DONT TREAD ON ME!
Woo hoo!!
Thank you all for making Free Republic the number one conservative site on the Internet and thank you for your continuing support!
May God bless and save our nation,
Jim

I would probably ask someone to use the camera video phone to get some shots while I wait.

You are right. I cannot understand how those workers can stand it. I would be queasy and passing out while on the job. I am all “man” but there are limits.

I was up there, years ago....the freakin’ building sways as it IS....getting into one of those accidents-waiting-to-happen, on top of swaying........
No. Thank. Youse!
To: Brad's Gramma
It is. What if they designed it wrong. The building was not designed with a protrusion hanging out way.

Is any building, really?
And that thing over the Grand Canyon?????
Ha. Ha. Ha. Nuh uh.
To: Brad's Gramma
I forgot about that thing over the Grand Canyon. Scary! Not really. In California, all buildings and interstate bridges must be “earthquake proof” and its not. There is a fault called the Puente Hills fault that runs from Dodger Stadium straight to though the center of downtown Los Angeles. The fault is capable of a 7 plus magnitude. Those buildings are only designed for a quake on the San Andreas fault. When I am in any building, I always look for the exits and fire hoses. I figure I can use a fire hose as rope to shimmy down to the next floor and to the ground.
