It IS Inspector Smith’s channel, but since he has not uploaded any videos, the default video is the last one he favorited.
When you go to the link, click on the word “Uploads” to the right of the yellow ‘subscribe’ box.
Hopefully that clears things up about that.

what you’re both saying. Duh
It shows 0 uploads .. so that’s in sync with
what he’s said.
