This is the latest messaging I have had with the seller on eBay
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Dear colmado_naranja,
I see the auction has been pulled (again), also I got a bunch of warnings that you might be trying to get my account info etc.
I sure hope you are legit or at least not trying to cause harm
If you can tell me anything about what is going on I'd appreciate it
____________ >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Dear ____
Hi. Don't worry, I'm not a scammer. You can check with other eBayers that have made posts all over the internet in support of me and that eBay is now to the point that they will say anything to cancel my auctions.
There will be no more auctions for Obama?s b.c., but this may interest you. Ebay item # 160345795373. ?Autographed photo of Smith and Andylenny abroad.?
Again you?ll have to search by listing number for the first several hours until the title becomes searchable.
I'm turning the b.c. over to WorldNetDaily and Joseph Farah. Thanks for your support. You are appreciated.

I had recieved this from eBay earlier:
Hello ______________
Our records show that you recently received an email from colmado_naranja through the Ask Seller a Question or Contact eBay Member features. This email may be fraudulent and an attempt to do one of the following:
- Obtain your eBay password - Gain access to your eBay account - Use your eBay account for fraudulent activity - Set up an outside-of-eBay transaction which may be fraudulent
This kind of email is often called a "phish" or "phishing attempt," and the people who send them are known as "phishers." Phishers use these methods to try to get your personal information, such as user names, passwords and credit card details. Because the emails may sometimes come through the eBay system, the phisher may seem to be trustworthy and have a good reason to contact you.
***Important - Protect Your Personal Information*** - Don't reply to the sender either through the eBay system or your personal email account.
- Don't open any links or cut and paste any Web addresses into your browser from the phishing email.
- If you think you may have entered personal information such as your password, Social Security Number, or credit card information into a website based on a request from a phishing email, you need to act *immediately* to protect yourself from identity theft. For detailed instructions about the steps to take, please go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/account/protecting-identity-theft.html
***What to Do If You've Already Sent an Item or Payment*** If you've already sent payment to or shipped an item to a person who asked that you take the transaction outside of eBay, we recommend you take the following steps:
1. Contact the payment service that you used to make the purchase. If you paid by credit card, most card issuers provide consumer protection in online fraud cases.
2. Please complete the "Item Bought Outside of eBay" form or the "Item Sold Outside of eBay" form. To find these forms, please go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/isgw-fraud-non-ebay.html
Click the "Item Bought Outside of eBay form" or the "Item Sold Outside of eBay form" link. Enter your information in the page that follows, and then click the "Submit" button. The information you provide will enable us to work more effectively with law enforcement in case an investigation occurs.
3. If you were the seller and shipped the item to a fraudulent buyer, contact the shipping carrier that you used. That company may be able to assist you further. If you sent the item through the U.S. Postal Service, file a mail fraud claim. To do so, please visit:
http://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/fraud/
4. Contact the local law enforcement where you sent the payment or item. The authorities where the seller or the buyer lives might be able to provide additional assistance. To find local law enforcement, go to:
http://www.usacops.com/
***Additional Account Safety Tips*** To protect your email and your eBay account, we recommend that you always follow these safety tips:
- Do *not* respond to the sender either through the eBay system or your email account. An offer to buy or sell an item outside of eBay is against eBay policies, might be fraudulent, and will not be covered by eBay protection programs.
- If you received what appears to be a Second Chance Offer for an item that you recently bid on, check My Messages to make sure the offer is legitimate. Second Chance Offers appear in My Messages with a blue background and a subject stating, "eBay Second Chance Offer for Item...."
- If you receive a Second Chance Offer directly in your personal email and it is not in My Messages, it is not a legitimate offer.
- If a Second Chance Offer appears in My Messages with a subject line of "Message from eBay Member," it is not a legitimate offer. Before responding to a Second Chance Offer, make sure it contains both the blue background in My Messages and the subject line of "eBay Second Chance Offer for Item?"
- Never pay for an item you've bought on eBay by using instant cash or wire transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram. These payment methods are unsafe on eBay. It's against the eBay Accepted Payments policy for a seller to request payment using these methods. For more information about payments that are accepted on eBay, please go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/accepted-payments-policy.html
Sincerely,
eBay Trust & Safety team
Well if the 95 is behind his name with maybe a star, that is how many auctions he has completed, either as buyer or seller. The feedback score is within the last 12 months. If there is 0%, he hasn’t made any transactions in that timeframe, but obviously did before that. You can click on his FB profile and read all his FB.
How long does it take him to upload a video? Maybe WND told him not to do it. Or maybe Rahmbo paid him a visit and he now sleeps with the fishies.
For the record here, I’m calling this whole thing BS. I dearly hope that I am wrong. I did find out somethings about the girl involved and that contributes to my opinion that it’s BS. But it also puzzles me because this girl would be very stupid to try to scam someone.
Maybe it is legit...the same bidder that on the other one (Im pretty sure) was a***o( 42)....
These folks are only out $10000. if the BC doesnt show up. still it is strange
that should read $1000.
You’re pretty funny about that “save bandwidth” idea... LOL...
You do know about “bandwidth” don’t you? I hope so.... If so, you’ll know that a “paragraph” marker doesn’t take up any bandwidth. It just tells your own browser to space it accordingly, not take up bandwidth on Free Republic...
You gotta do better than that. Take a look at your browser HTML coding (like view HTML source) for this page and then go to the part where my comment is right here and see how many more characters of “bandwidth’ are taken up... :-)
This one has me rolling on the floor now... LOL...
With all due respect, impeachment is reserved for a legally elected president. No, if he’s in office as a result of fraud (and this qualifies as fraud, if true) once a court makes the finding, the remedy for the problem is the U.S. Marshals escorting him out of the office in handcuffs. (Think Honduras!) Dr. Edwin Viera (sp?) pointed this out in an op-ed last fall.
Under NO circumstances does he get to sit there for another year or another term: spending our tax money, signing treaties with foreign gov’ts, and most importantly, sending our young people into harm’s way.
For his sake, he’d better be an American citizen or I foresee one giant TSHTF situation breaking out. Because then you are looking all the way back in his political career, to see how many illegal votes he participated in. Go ahead and add a whole boatload of interstate financial fraud...and on and on.
Good on the idea of WND to look into this. As you say, we’ll know one way or the other.
Saw that. Interesting interpretations of the Constitution.
I think that I skimmed the first 100. That was enough for me.
(posting to self is rather lame) LOL
I did spell his name wrong. sheesh. Anyway here’s his op-ed and the important information is in the 2nd half of the piece:

You said — With all due respect, impeachment is reserved for a legally elected president. I know you said “with all due respect”, but I must say, that this particular example you gave — was the *very example* I used in a previous thread on this eBay auction issue — in which I said that *this* was one of the reasons why I called a group of posters here (on Free Republic) part of the “Obama Derangement Syndrome” crowd.
The other one I mentioned was several posters saying that the U.S. Military should surround the White House with tanks and demand the resignation and removal of Obama from government.
It was *those two* kinds of posts (among many others) that I identified specifically as being *absolutely deranged*...
Now, I did not have you in mind when I said that, but this “idea” you’re mentioning is an absolutely deranged idea... it will never happen, never work and you’ll never see it come about.
Impeachment, maybe. The next election being kicked out, maybe. But, tanks around the White House... never. Or, a U.S. Marshal arresting Obama while he’s in the Oval Office... LOL... never...
This is — plain and simple — *deranged thinking*...
— — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — —
And lastly you said — Good on the idea of WND to look into this. As you say, well know one way or the other.
—
And yes, I think WND will do their best to be honest and straightforward with the public on this issue.
You said — So let’s cut the crap, you know, I know and everyone else knows your little tricks. You come to the BC threads and try to hog the board with your drivel. I personally think everyone should ignore you and it’s a shame FR doesn’t have an ignore feature, at least none that I know of.
—
Since we’re cutting the crap, as you say, then let’s be sure we know what we’re gonna do here. I’m sure you’re going to continue posting the way you do, and I’m equally sure that I’m going to continue posting the way I do.
I think that’s the simplest way to wrap it up... :-)
And, then, of course, as I said in another thread, I’ll also reply to “stupid accusations”, too... LOL..
You were saying — You used to post over at API defending your Messiah Obummer like a good little obot. Yes, I do remember that. *wink*
—
Sorry, it’s like I’ve posted several times here on Free Republic saying that I post *exclusively* on Free Republic and nowhere else. And, actually, the way I post and space things out and the characters I use and the language and the punctuation — you basically won’t find it anywhere else. You can try, but you won’t because it’s all stuff that I’ve developed myself (as I was telling another poster who asked me about some of my ways of posting).
So, sorry, you can look through all the posts over at API and you won’t find any from me. And in fact, you can see where I stated that very thing, directly, here in this thread, if I remember correctly (or it could have been in the last thread on this eBay auction). I mentioned about Chief Editor Korir and API (African Press International) and how I did read the stuff over there and kept up on what was going on, but I had never posted over there.
And face it, how could one post at any other website, with the amount of posting I do here... LOL...
Now you can't leave us hanging like that. Give us some sort of clue about what you found. Pretty please? *batting eyelashes*
Why am I not in bed, yet?
It might seem deranged, but it pales in the amount of derangement it takes to attempt to pull off such a stunt in the first place, no?!!!
IF he did anything of the kind and the court makes a ruling (IMO, that is where the hard part is), there is just about no other remedy. Can’t leave a guy in place drawing a paycheck, living in the people’s house, spending us to oblivion and all the rest. The damage is incalculable. I suspect he’d be given a chance to save face and resign. Failing that, he’d have to be removed. Period.
But the really amusing part of this isn’t so much that, it’s all the hot water the congresscritters who gave him a “pass” over this. Pelosi, Reid, Leahy and all the usual suspects...members of the DNC. Who knows if it’s true, but the “popcorn potential” of this situation is hilarious.
LMAO
hey where did you get that shot of me at karaoke night, anyhoo???
;)
I have “Eyes” everywhere!!!,,,LOL...;0)
Well, I know it’s a screwed up situation, but much of what goes on with the birth certificate threads is speculation, in that no proof has ever come forward. All that is really “there” is that we weren’t given the full information that is on a birth certificate, which many people want.
But, when one looks at this, we see that many Presidents in the past didn’t give full information on birth certificates either, but merely signed paperwork, along with the “political party” they were in, saying that they were qualified. And that’s basically what Obama did, too, along with the Democrat Party and the Secretaries of State accepting it as valid.
So, right now, no one can take any action with a court or Impeachment or anything at all, because there’s nothing of substance there, to act upon. BUT, if there were something that was indisputable proof, I think it can *only* come down to an Impeachment and nothing else, in order to remove someone from the Office of President of the United States. And no matter what one prefers to think, he is in that office right now and acts completely and totally as President of the United States.
Now, the thing that I’ve proposed from the beginning of all these threads that have come out about this issue, is that we have the various states pass laws that require documentation or else one cannot be on the ballot. It was put forth in three states that I know of. And I’m aware of one in which it failed to pass (at least this time). I’m hoping that it will get resubmitted next legislative session and passed that time. It’s Oklahoma that I’m aware of in that regard.
The other two states that I don’t know what happened with that legislation is Arizona and Missouri. Someone else will have to fill you in on that one.
But, if Obama had problems getting on the ballot in several states, that would stop him dead in his tracks.
