Lib-think on it’s idiotic display. Whatever Nixon believed is the belief of the entire Republican Party.

What it tells us? That it was wise to dump the Rockefeller wing in favor of Reagan.
I wonder why we never discuss what Kennedy, Carter or Clintoon tell us about the Democrap party.... hmmm.

BARF ALERT! The source (Slate) and the author (Christopher Hitchens) make that redundant.

"There are times when an abortion is necessary. I know that. When you have a black and a white. Or a rape." I heard that portion of the tape; I found it a bit disturbing.

And what would Hillary’s “f-ing jew bastard” comment say about the entire Democratic party if THAT was caught on tape?

Lib-think on its idiotic display. Whatever Nixon believed is the belief of the entire Republican Party.Uh huh, fine. So whatever Roberty Byrd believed is the belief of the entire Democratic party (since liberals so much love moral equivalents).

Funny, that’s how I feel about Obama.

Hitchin’s hatred of Nixon only elevates Nixon in my opinon. The article is full of accusations and name calling, but the evidence he gives in support of his dogma is inconclusive in many cases.

All Democrats refer to women as “Sweetie”. I know this is true because I saw Obama do it once.

Hey Hitch, bambi makes Nixon look like little lord Fauntleroy.

When Roe v. Wade first came out, it was thought that the Republicans would be the pro-aborts and the Dems pro-life, mainly because the most powerful Republicans at the time were country-club, want Government not messing with anything domestic, Christians are so uncouth and dirty liberals.
On the other hand, many Democrats like Ted Kennedy, Joe Biden, Jesse Jackson, et. al were all pro-life, and since Democrats were supposed to "stand up for the little guy", it was thought they would be the pro-life party.
You can thank the Feminazis and Ronald Reagan for the switch.
