It’s way past time for states to use their given rights.
Window-dressing. We’re all under the control of the feds, including Congress and the senate.
‘Ya know... I don’t seem to recall any other recent Presidencies that have resulted in multiple States taking steps to reaffirm their rights and push back against the insanity of the Federal Gov’t.
I also don’t seem recall any other recent Presidencies that resulted in protests across the Nation (Tea Parties) as a result of the Federal Gov’t.
All within less than six months of this Obamma debacle. Stunning.
I’ll opt out whether Boy-Dictator likes it or not. Screw him.
Health care is not a federal issue.
Good. Perhaps more of this will send a message to those jerks in DC, that they can call themselves leaders until the sun burns out, but if We the People refuse to follow, they are leaders of nothing.
I would pay extra for private insurance then be a slave under Obama care..

Agree. The last time that I checked, it wasn’t up to the states to decide which federal laws to comply with. The only option that could possibly remove a state from government-run health care was the option that the governor of Texas mentioned earlier this year...and you all saw how that went over.
