Who cares what you think? I mean really...who cares. It does not matter that you and 60+ percent of America see marriage as sacred, important to the fabric of society and to children especially...WHO CARES. Obama does not, and this is a certainty.
Under the FALSE pretense of supporting an invented right the Obama Administration has directed all department heads to extend all priviledges to same sex couples as we do to married couples. Now, keep in mind this will NOT be extended to un-married couples but ONLY to SAME SEX couples. They do NOT Have to be married, tis I am told from my State Department friends. While it includes things like preferential hiring of "Spouse" and such things and entitlements to pay and other monies related to being married it does NOT (at present) include medical, however they expect to simply edict past that one too. Hillary Clinton could not do this fast enough.
President Obama intends to deliver a strike at what Marriage is to all of us. 3% of our country weilds this much power and influence that the Defense of Marriage Act, and the many laws in the greater majority of States mean NOTHING to him.
Yes we can - Have an elected official issue edicts against us
Yes we can - See our sacred institution become meaningless
Yes we can - See children grow up in a world of confusion instead of security
Yes we can - Watch as we the people become we the helpless
I want America to be America again not the bad mirror image of all that is a failure in Europe.
They arrested some people for giving out the bible at the gay festival in Minneapolis
The Gaystapo is but one of the may pronged attacks on the institution of the family.
All of these attacks come from one source. One source that knows that once the destruction of the family is complete, there will be no effective method of passing on the knowledge of God from generation to generation.
MITT ROMNEY: I am more convinced than ever before that as we seek to establish full equality for Americas gay and lesbian citizens, I will provide more effective leadership than my opponent.
I am not unaware of my opponents considerable record in the area of civil rights, or the commitment of Massachusetts voters to the principle of equality for all Americans. For some voters it might be enough for me to simply match my opponents record in this area. But I believe we can and must do better. If we are to achieve the goals we share, we must make equality for gays and lesbians a mainstream concern. My opponent cannot do this. I can and will.
One issue I want to clarify concerns President Clintons dont ask, dont tell, dont pursue military policy. I believe that the Clinton compromise was a step in the right direction. I am also convinced that it is the first of a number of steps that will ultimately lead to gays and lesbians being able to serve openly and honestly in our nations military. That goal will only be reached when preventing discrimination against gays and lesbians is a mainstream concern, which is a goal we share.
Any country where sodomites are forced upon the mainstream is headed for the dustbin of history.
