In a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court has reversed Judge Sotomayor in the Ricci decision, the white firefighters race case.
She’s had a number of decisions overturned.
I’m hoping this is the one that keeps her off the Supreme Court.
Supreme Court did the right thing.
Sotomayor is a hack and should not be confirmed.
This is outstanding and hilarious. Great to see. At least we have one institution remaining that still operates with America’s best interests in mind. The others have completely sold out and been infiltrated by vermin. And even the Supreme Court has vermin. 4 of 9.
