This is about as believable as George Bush planning the 9/11 attacks. The reason being that something of this magnitude would never be kept quiet. Insiders would talk or disappear, and I haven’t seen evidence of either. Vince Foster was a Clinton guy, not Obama’s.
H1N1 is proving milder than the first fears would have it. By the time the vaccines are ready, most of us will have already been exposed and we will see that it is not so bad. I would guess that most of the students in our town have already been exposed even if they haven’t fallen ill.
CDC talks about a more virulent form in the fall but even if this happens, people having exposure and immunity to what’s going around now will be a help.
This is the kind of paranoid stuff I read from Alex Jones or Jeff Rense for a laugh once in awhile.
We import the stuff from foreign countries where the government allows it to be produced. Here, the courts simply don't allow it.
I assume this is an effort to stop the manufacture of flu vaccine elsewhere in the world.
The weirdness factor alone almost guarantees it will be discussed on Coast to Coast AM.

Just got my 4th anthrax shot Thursday. Within 1 hour of getting the shot I started to feel stuffy. I have been sick as a dog for the last 3 days. I have no way of knowing for sure what they injected me with, but the last 3 shots did not affect me this way. Well, as long as it doesn’t kill me hopefully it will make me stronger ;p
The last flu shot I got liked to have killed me. I’ll never take another one, and anybody coming at me with a needle...well you get the ‘point’. :)
