I think we can safely call it. We are seeing a trend. Whether you take mean, mode or median, Obama is falling. Wonder how appealing cap and tax is going to look to Dem Senators when the start to digest these numbers.

The Stupid people will still vote for the Stupid Democrats. We all must find one of these Stupid people and convert them to our way of thinking. It is not as hard as it sounds.

The fact that 57% of the people surveyed still approve of him is frightening.

Just from the nature of things, it takes a while for the shear lunacy of what is being done to sink in. Still a couple more months before it begins to nosedive to its preordained natural level of about 32% hardcore wackjob base support.

Needs to be below 50% before 2010 elections. Wonder what ole Rahmbo’s gonna do to fix it before the elections?

Also keep in mind this is Gallup (my guess is he is a few points lower). Additionally, folks aren’t liking what they are hearing anymore. These numbers reflect opinions of the love orgy on ABC, normally he received a bump after an appearance; not anymore. Also, like I said above, people aren’t liking what they are hearing; wait until they start seeing some of the affects of some of his actions.

I feel you. Left work early to watch cap and tax on CSPAN. I couldn't utter a coherent sentence for about 2 hours after the vote. But, spoke to some folks campaigning for McDonnell here in VA and they feel that cap and tax will not make it out of the Senate and will be used against some Dem Congressman in next years elections.

If it’s 57% just months into his first year, they will plummet through the floor by this time next year ... he may be the first president to be run out of office for plain stupidity and arrogance ...

It’s all starting to come into alignment now; with Ras at 54/32 - 45/32. People are waking up to the fact that this clown is nothing more than a poseur.
Zero... As I’ve said before... It is time for you to leave, Grasshopper. So go.

Check out his trend line. He was solid mid 60’s since inauguration. I know it is hard to believe, but I will take 57 from Gallup because he is trending in the good direction for us. Like another poster pointed out, we need him under 50 by this time next year.
