Well, I wouldn’t trust a government clinic to practice safe testing procedure with needles. They will probably test an HIV+ guy, then rinse off the needle and test you.

Well, I wouldn’t trust a government clinic to practice safe testing procedure with needles. They will probably test an HIV+ guy, then rinse off the needle and test you. Make sure you don't have a routine colonoscopy at a VA hospital, either -- they don't clean the equipment properly, you risk HIV-infection.
