Boot the SOB OUT!
He nixed capital punishment also - another stealth move.
This bill is flawed on its premise. Not only is it an infringement on a Constituitonal right, there is no basis for the “one a month” requirement.
In court, how would NJ defend how they came up with this time limitation versus one per year, one per week, once every two months?
This should be challenged in court immediately.
What part of the Second Amendment clause “...shall not be infringed” do liberal marxist communists (a.k.a. Democrats) not understand!
They understand fully what "shall not be infringed" means. They are just against your rights as a law-abiding citizen to own firearms.
See my tagline.
They don’t follow the law, they are Democrats!!
The Democrat party is a Criminal Enterprise.
It should not be allowed to exist
I guess ,As a Texan, I’m confused. This will do what to lower crime?
Paul Revere ought to be saddling up.
New Jersey it is time to take you state back.
Since these Marxists will do things like this anyway, this is a big mistake for them to do so now. It shows the Democrats are sucking up to their base because Christie is worrying them. Will this be the final little push to get real Americans in New Jersey to get busy getting rid of corzine? We’ll see the term “battered voter syndrome” was developed to describe New Jersey.
