Farrah Fawcett, who skyrocketed to fame as one of a trio of impossibly glamorous private eyes on TV's Charlie's Angels, has died after a long battle with cancer. She was 62.
Fawcett died at 9:28 a.m. PST at St. Johns Heath Center in Santa Monica, Calif. She had recently returned to St. John's for treatment of complications from anal cancer, first diagnosed three years ago. Her longtime partner Ryan O'Neal was at her side throughout her final days.
Like so much about Fawcett's life including her bumpy relationship with O'Neal her heroic struggle to beat the disease was closely followed by her legion of fans.

I will always remember her as an incredibly beautiful woman from head to toe. Very few women have ever had such confirmation (if I may use that word). Her facial features were nearly perfect, mouth, nose, eyes, cheeks, chin, her hands, her feet, her body proportion...everything almost perfect from a physical standard. All of which are from a photography perspective only. How sad that she could not maintain her morals. And here's the image where to me she was most beautiful...not the poofy hairstyle:

You’re right, Farrah and Ryan never married (unless they did so recently and we don’t know about it). She was married to Lee Majors from 1973-1982 but never married Ryan. according to wiki

Thanks for showing both iconic posters of America together.
My taste runs more toward Betty than Farah, may her soul rest in peace.

I am sad...this hits home for me in many, many ways.
God rest her soul; I pray she found peace before she died.
I believe she did.

She looks very pretty in that pic. I like that one the best so far. How old was she there, I wonder.

I saw her documentary, ‘Farrah’s Story’ and found it very difficult to watch. I am sorry she suffered so much, but at least she is now in a better place, free from pain. God bless you and your loved ones, Farrah.

Is this no longer a conservative forum?
If you're saying this thread is not the appropriate place, that's one thing. But saying, as you seem to be, that we have to be PC here and use no judgement or values in our lives, we might as well be a bunch of brainless liberals.

I am so so sorry. From the bottom of my heart. God bless you, MamaB.
