I cried because what could have happened scared me to death. It was before airbags and her carseat was in the front seat. It was an engine fire and melted the dash. I went inside and came back out in 5 minutes, holding her, and the whole front end was engulfed. 3 year old car. I NEVER thought about leaving a kid in the car again.
