It’ll probably stop, when people get over their Puritan ethic.

It is not about a “puritan” ethic. It is about conservative values

I'm far from religious, but I see something terribly wrong when someone rents a top hat, invites all his family, friends, and neighbors to witness, stand before the alter of his family's god, swears a mighty oath to be faithful to one women, and thereafter leaves wife and children in the lurch to chase some skirt that gives him a hard-on. Guess I'm just an old Puritan

Tell us exactly what you want us to get over? The idea that men should be faithful to their wives? The idea that marriage is between one man and one woman? The idea that public sex should be prohibited?

Let me get this straight--expecting a man to 1.) be faithful to his wife, 2.) not abandon his post to have sex with some dame in a foreign country, 3.) have no qualms about doing so over Father's Day weekend when your own kids are sitting at home, is now considered "Puritanical?"
Whatever political party or religious group you belong to, I want no parts of it.
