In a stunning confession, South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford admitted Wednesday to being "unfaithful" to his wife during a press conference meant to account for his mysterious week-long absence. "I've let down a lot of people. That's the bottom line," he said. "I've been unfaithful to my wife." Sanford, who just returned from Argentina, said he developed a "relationship with what started out as a dear, dear friend from Argentina."
I hope she was worth it. I guess I’m assuming it is a she....
Shoot, a D behind his name would make this a career enhancer.

Why can’t these morons learn to keep it in their pants (unless they’re with their wives)? They seem to be unable to resist temptation- not very good Christian character, if you ask me. Never mind leaving your wife and children on Father’s Day to travel to Argentina to see your fling.

Yeah, this was no set-up, he was with her for 8 years. A shame, I was thinking of him and Sarah being on the same ticket together. Sarah and other Conservatives need to break away from the GOP and make a new party, the Conservative party, the GOP looks no better then the Democratic party right now. Both are filled with hypocrites
When you disappear like that you want to get caught. I hope giving up his wife, family and office is worth it.

I truly do hope she does. Wouldn’t that be different for once? The wife gets up on stage, he admits the affair, apologises, and she suddenly throws a cola on him, slaps him. Then she takes the microphone and annouces she’s divorcing him because he’d promised it’d never happen again.
He slipped and fell on it in the shower.
Glad to be married to a true conservative. I know we aren’t perfect but how hard is it to just keep sleeping with one person for the rest of your life?? As long as you are getting it with the person you promised yourself to than stick that way!
