Or are they just “advisers” of some sort?

This year the United States welcomes the participation of Australia, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom in NLE 09.

If there was a homegrown “rebellion”, indeed, 0bama couldn’t “trust” the military.

He might have some trust in the Batfe’s, and some other fleos, and maybe some leos from other jurisdictions than the one being suppressed.

UN/Foreign troops would probably be needed, but they would be pretty ineffective in the face of veteran US soldiers.
